Rand Paul is one of the good guys, thank God that we have a handful like him. Unfortunate that we don't have more true patriots that believe in freedom and personal responsibility. Hope he runs for the presidency at some point.

He did try to run for POTUS. On a national scale, his Libertarian policies did not serve him well.

I don’t know if I vote for him over Desantis in the FLA but I’d sure appreciate him being on a ticket at some point.
