Articles delivered. Schumer makes a valid point regarding the impeachment of an Ex Pres, that while no precedent exists, what other measure would be taken to prevent a prez from committing an egregious crime and then simply resigning.

Interesting John Roberts will not be presiding over the hearing Sen Leahy will be.

Nope, 12 Repubs that voted to table it would have to flip to give the Dems their ultimate wet dream.

True but now is not the time to prove any of the 12 are RINOS. I don’t think from a security stand point that would be wise on their part.
