Wish I was in the same boat as you
    I know 3
    1. My aunt died in San Antonio this week CV19 and blood clots got in her lungs @ 68 no co morbidity
    2. Friend Brent and his wife both caught it and passed it to their parents, Brent’s father died in December from brain aneurism ( blood clots in his lungs, neck , brain ) kerrviile Texas he was type2 diabetic

CV19 is a weird thing some people it’s so mild they barely know their sick, others it’s lethal ! Bioengineered virus strange stuff

Sorry for your losses. Any pre exiting conditions? Just asking. Not one person I know has had it. Seems crazy to me.

My aunt nothing diagnosed like HBP , or T2 diabetes none smoker
They slammed her with every known cocktail and her lungs got hard and ruptured

Brent’s father high blood pressure and type 2 , was breathing 1/2 normal and blood clots went from his lungs in to brain
Brent and wife in 30’s mild symptoms and went to thanksgiving party and passed it on

Been exposed 4 times for sure. Each time I will just hang around the house for a few days so as to not pass it on just in case. Haven't ever had any symptoms so just carrying on with life.

I tested positive at around the first week of Dec. never felt real bad and spent quite a bit of time at the lease. Then spent 14 days on vacation and went back to work a couple days ago. One of my crew members ( fire department) felt bad as we were getting off work. Tested positive today and now I’m quarantine again.....even though I just had it. They told me 3 weeks ago I’d likely test positive for up to 6-8 months so I’m guess I’ll test positive in a couple days when I test again.
I guess I’ll spend more time in the woods

I tested positive on a Friday and tested negative the next Tuesday.

Started feeling a little under the weather that Sunday before.

So apparently you can test positive and still work in first responder role and a hospital

If you go by CDC guidelines once you’ve tested positive then your marker for your contagious period is your day one of symptoms. They recommend 14 days from that day but allow for 10 days from that day as long as your symptoms are improving and you no longer have fever, and also with the exception of loss of taste and smell because those can last much longer. They even say in their guidelines that they don’t recommend retesting as you will likely test positive for some time even though you are no longer contagious. I think a lot of confusion comes from not considering that someone who has already recently had it is no longer contagious even if there has been exposure.
Well I have now read some of the CDC guidance but still don't understand. Under the section of who needs to quarantine it states: that people that have been in close contact to people who have tested positive excluding people that have had the virus in the last 3 months. So why are folks being made to quarantine if it goes agInst the guidelines??

Thanks for that link.....I’m guessing the answer to your question is........no one is using science for their decision making. They are using the good old stand by of
                          CYA

I here you on the CYA, but why is it that wearing a mask is a mandate but other guidance is ignored? Not really asking to get an answer it just seems too many peeps are just winging it at many levels. The stupidity going on is nauseating specially the poop coming from our elected officials.

I tested negative twice only 5-6 days from my first test. The first test was 2-4 days from my first symptoms.

Mild case for me: head cold, fatigue, loss of taste and smell. Back to 100% fairly quick.
