You Need to watch it over, he is right on mostly, the killing of steers you can toss out maybe but he has plenty of other talking points that are true. He is spot one. The only thing that can be held over on site
effectively is grain, via the modern onsite bagging technology. Unfortunately you can’t do that with vegetables and fruit, or live stock with mandates finish times, or land now in excess of carrying capacity.

I hear you, but you'd think there'd be a better solution. Why isn't the farmer's market becoming the new American grocery store? Or like those pick your own orchards out west, pay $x.00 and fill a basket.

Doesn't matter what the product is, oil, beef, oranges, wheat...... when there is a supply that can't be stored and processed, prices of raw materials will plummet. Beef in a box is still worth a lot, beef on hoof is not.
