I thought people on here were saying the hospitals are over flowing and no vents available.

If the common person cannot translate those numbers into reality we are completely screwed as a Nation.

If we continue down our current path certain events are going to be inevitable at some point and time. We are being pushed to the point of breaking apart.

When you take millions of people off the road and keep them home trauma loads drop from car wrecks , gun shots, stabbing, assaults etc etc. Then you ban elective surgeries as well. Having worked as a facilities tech for Baylor Scott &White I can tell you that surgeries are the life blood of hospitals. They bring in several hundred thousand dollars a week to the hospital. Yes folks have been furloughed or layed off. Like anything else. When things slow down people go.
My wife has worked in the covid unit at least four times since this started and will be the first one to tell you that this virus will whip your arse; however, we did what we were told to do and have been fine. We need to go back to work, have those of us that are vulnerable to the virus continue to err on the side of caution, and let the chips fall where they may.

And here it is! When did liberal governments start deciding who can and can be resuscitated? Murdering *******s!

New York state rescinded a blanket do-not-resuscitate order on Wednesday, that instructed first-responders not to revive patients without a pulse, in an effort to preserve resources during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
