The 911 tape is disturbing to listen to. I think it was a mistake.

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman told a news conference he expected Noor to face 12-1/2 years in prison for the murder charge and four years for the manslaughter charge when he is sentenced on June 7.
So she has already been found guilty?

I would like her to get a fair trial too, then convicted and sentenced .
Really? It doesn't sound as though you do.

If you have ever parked at DFW Airport Terminal A parking garage I promise you that you will have no earthly idea where you are.

I agree from listening to that, now their could be other evidence that we don’t know about. I think she still needs to do time, as she did it and needs to be held responsible, but I don’t think it can be considered murder, manslaughter yes, either way it’s a horrible situation

I tend to agree with you. That is, WE don't know everything about the case. After working LEO 30-years, and 6+ years as defense investigator, you would be surprised what you don't know....

                    I agree with that

In any case she has already been found guilty by the court of TBH opinion.

                          1. Did she kill someone?

                          2. Was she responsible for the death of another human being?

                          3. Was that death intentional?

                          If your answers are
                          1. no
                          2. no
                          3. n/a

Then we have nothing else to see here

That's why it should be a requirement of all LEO to know their 20 if they are in an airport or shopping mall parking garage.

Really... We're setting the bar this low as if they don't just eat donuts all day already!
