I like it because I like Gorsuch and want him on the Supreme Court. I don't like the precedent this sets though, from either side. I would feel much more comfortable if Trump got to appoint another judge, or two though

The precedent was set in 2013 by the dems.

What Reid did in 2013, what McConnel did in refusing a hearing for Garland, the just squashed Filibuster and the nuclear option are all by the Senate rules and completely constitutional.
