Here are just a couple of opportunities lost that would have united people on both sides about actions of our government:

- Using government agencies to eavesdrop on oppositional presidential campaigns during an election

- Raiding of attorney's office and use of client confidential information not relevant to an investigation to go after other criminal activities

-illegal leaking of confidential government information to undermine a sitting president

You really believe because OrangeManBad that the lefties wouldn't unite with the right to stop governmental abuses when all three of the examples you cite were perpetrated by the lefties themselves with assistance from the Never-Trumpers when a good portion of the lefties operate with the mindset of "the end justifies the means"?

He is closer to a moderate Democrat than he is a conservative

Sure, those SCOTUS noms, build-the-wall, regulatory rollbacks, pro-life positions, NoKo dealings, ISIS decimations, etc.etc. All hallmarks of a moderate Dem.
