Or they are totally clueless, but definitely one or the other.
I have friends that were born and raised in that state that know exactly how the legalization of pot has totally screwed that state up.

I spent about 4 months working up around Denver. Off on Sundays, so I hit tons of state parks and other stuff within a 2 hour drive. You literally couldn't get out of your vehicle without smelling weed at some point. The dope heads and homeless persons was mind boggling.

I was living at a pretty nice extended stay hotel, it was a good day every morning to find out that my truck hadn't been broken into or stolen.

There would be folks laying in front of doors, people would just step over them like nothing was wrong!

I don't have a problem with it but hate the smell. I know plenty of guys that use the pens though and no stink there.

Terpenes create the smell. No terpenes, no smell. The beauty of having regulations and actual quality control. One can pull only what is needed out.

Clarification: No, I do not think it should be legalized for recreational use. Medicinal, yes.
Also, Hemp shops need to be regulated. They have exposed a very bad loophole in the farm bill act and provided every highschooler with dangerous, non-regulated product without checks and balances. When you can go to a "pot head" shop and purchase product that is supposed to be 0.3% MAX and it tests at 10-27%, holy ****. Call your local high school and ask what the bathrooms smell like. Or ask the teachers on here. Where's the oversight for these shops and gas stations?
