Nope and I have never heard one logical reason argued why it should be.
We should strive to become a more responsible, productive, country. This is the opposite.

This is where I'm at (and also agree with Buck Nakeds post) with the situation. A few people I've known over the years were able to smoke regularly and be productive, but most cannot. If it's needed for medical reasons it should be administered by a doctor or hospital, not a corner shop.

Well, the ole potweed has been illegal so to trying to compare the whole more lives have been destroyed with alcohol is on the narrow minded side. Yes people have been partaking for a long long time but the statistics are just not there. Legalize it and I’m sorry to say they it will be right there side by side with alcohol. no sir- I have issues of getting my scrambled thoughts out and sometimes I say things that are just plain stupid . I’m just very passionate in no one else getting hurt or hurting their families or co- workers. No disrespect intended.
