My read of it the judge has no actual basis to make the order, and it is weak at best. Sounds like several things should be or should have happened already today, and next steps will be known tomorrow.

Elon has plenty of clearance. It's just Dem delay tactics, much like the first go round. Trump is smarter this time, and I have faith they have a plan in place for some low level judge like this.
