Fire everyone with access to the treasury info needed until one of them allows access. Disregard the judges orders. We have all seen they don’t hold any water. Biden was told multiple times he couldn’t do x,y or z. But he did anyway and nothing was done. FBI does it all the time with congressional subpoenas. Test their stance and jurisprudence commitment. Burn it all down.

Can you clarify? I hadn’t heard that the Sec of Treasury Mnuchin has also been prevented from reviewing treasury payment activities? I thought it was just DOGE

Trump, Secretary Scott Bessent and the U.S. Treasury are named as defendants in the case.

I don’t see how they can interpret it as such. It’s just to stir up more division.

Bessent was an appointee up until he was confirmed by Congress. He is not a special government employee and he clearly isn’t from outside the agency of the treasury.
