Dems set terms when they pass these bills so we can never know who gets the money or exactly what they spend it on. R's tried putting in a "track the money" clause one time and was rejected (imagine that).

I think they meant IGs which I believe are appointed by the president then approved by congress. but congress supposedly just changed it that congress has to be notified with reasoning for the president to fire them. if so trump should just put them on 30 day paid leave and send notice to congress.
The lawsuit was 22 state AGs have sued trump over different EOs he has done.
