These are state AGs, I don’t believe Congress appoints them. Maybe the judge is what was meant.

Dems set terms when they pass these bills so we can never know who gets the money or exactly what they spend it on. R's tried putting in a "track the money" clause one time and was rejected (imagine that).

Once you see one entire transaction you can't unsee the 100% obvious money laundering scam. It's sick and people need to be in prison.
