Yep. It was a plan to cause chaos at the end. I really don't think they expected Trump to hit the ground running this time.

Just my opinion, but had Trump officially won in 2020, his second term doesn't start off as the ball of fire that is 2025. I freaking love what he is doing now. I hope he can back his EO's up with legislative action, and time will tell. Even if it doesn't, and an R doesn't win in 2028, it's going to take so much work to get back anywhere close to where we are currently with our bloated government.

I agree with the first part 100%. Trump is going bonkers and it's great.

My fear is if a Dem gets elected in 2028 the swing will be just as wild back to 2024 BS. I've never seen a Dem not outdo a R or push legalities further. Dems will just do even more EOs the day they get in.
