I'm thinking it has something to do with support for some stupid legislation that will give them more control. I'm definitely not saying that the drones don't exist, but almost every single video I've seen is very obviously an airplane or helicopter. I think the most likely scenario is a few drones were seen, it was reported, then people lost their minds and everything in the sky is suddenly a drone. People are screaming for the government to do something. in response. They will pass or renew some law that gives them more permissions over the airspace. -
Starting to think this whole thing was started by Big Drone to move more units for Christmas. Start a rumor, then let everyone freak out and film planes and helicopters for you as free advertising.
