Hunter Biden can no longer plead the 5th when forced to testify before a Congressional committee about all if his and Slo Joes crooked influence peddling.

Does a POTUS pardon only cover criminal charges, or civil charges as well?

Seeing that Hunter was involved in international crimes (allegedly) why doesnt the ICC go after him?

The pardon is for crimes against the United States. I believe state level crimes and civil cases would not be pardoned.

Bill is right, just the criminal charges and crimes, not civil. Weiss, the Special Counsel is fighting this tooth and nail and some Demorats thinks this stinks, which it does, but not suprising!

I’m hearing a lot of chatter about him no longer able to plea the 5th, why does that matter? All he has to say is “I do not recall”. It would be a lie, but has some validity coming from a hard drug user.
