So you’d prefer to keep a gluttonous government rather than a streamlined one because an “immigrant “came up with the plan?

I get it, Musk is always going to have a money making angle. And he probably has an idea to replace government workers with Ai chat bots on electronic kiosks and making foreign policy decisions based on analytics, all powered by technology his companies have developed so he will increase his largesses.

but as it stands, the current path is going to bankrupt our country. The US Gov is the single largest employer in the US and 2nd largest employer in the world….

We love Elon but the Washington Elites won't give up power easily and definitely not from a man that went from nothing to richest man in the world. I love his interviews he says exactly what he's thinking and doesn't mince words and calls people out. An immigrant that appreciates this country more than the ones running it do.

I can't think of a single time Elon did something for money... Like Gates has done 100 times, Zuck countless times, Dell, and the others.

I've even asked on TBH in the past.. Where does Elon get his money from? Other than people who buy a Tesla car, which BTW doesn't even get government rebates like Ford, Chevy etc. LOL

The Dave Ramsey endorsement holds more water than any politician endorsing Trump could ever dream to have.

I would throw in a big heavy “Used to” on this statement

The good thing is, he is not running for office and does not need my vote. I do not dislike him or his talking points...I just do not trust his application...yet.
I am going to go out on a limb and say that its been a few years in the coming already and we see the results right now. There probably several things you can point out to validate that. Off the the top of my head...getting his companies the hell out California, and purchasing Twitter.

No saying he isnt growing on me, but every time I buy groceries I get mad at the folks that voted for Biden and Musk is one. Changing you mind does not do away with accountability in my eyes. I am hoping he continues to stand up and help in the fight...would love to see him help purge the government of waste.

Hard-working is the key word. Allowing immigrants (as well as Americans) to live perpetually off of welfare is a fool-proof way of growing the democrat party. In fact if we quit allowing non-citizens access to welfare and the republicans streamlined a citizenship pathway to hard-working immigrants, it would grow the Republican Party among minorities so fast, the democrats would become anti-immigration overnight. How many unappreciative, unpatriotic immigrants or refugees do know who are also hard-working?

I think some folks have no idea how the world works outside Texas. Currently I am in Maryland, near Baltimore. I couldn't find Clay and Buck yesterday on the radio, and there is WaPo, NYT, public radio all over the place. There is zero conservative influence here. Literally none. No Trump signs in the yards (No Kamala signs for that matter either), no 2nd Amendment shirts, no jacked up trucks with all the owners beliefs stickered onto the rear window. Just none of that.

Musk's formative years were in that same environment on the west coast, starting with PayPal. Which he sold for a massive pile of cash, and used it to start other ventures. I don't blame him for being a democrat.

Trump said it himself. He picked bad people his first go round. And makes the point with Kennedy, he should be in charge of health and wellness, and should be no where near the environment stuff. I suspect Trump will do the same with Elon, albeit with different departments.

I've been telling people this for months!!!
Something just doesn't add up with this guy.

He just put his life, family and his business's on the line in everything he has done the past year. He has been saying over and over the other party will destroy western civilization and subsequently...the world. I don't know whats left for him to do other than give a blood oath??

                                No kidding.

He proved himself IMO when he saw there was no free speech left and decided to buy Twitter. And he doesn't run Twitter to make lots of money. And he fights the fake AI by trying to make a true neutral one.

If that doesn't show... Then you'd think since Musk is now one of the top 3 people the Democrats (and RINOs) go after non-stop...that would make people at least think.

I still don't see how he is sketchy in the slightest way...other than voting for Biden last time. But again doesn't him becoming a target prove he isn't faking? It's costing him crap tons of money to fight all these lawsuits. BTW they just sued him again because he's giving away 1 mil per day (something to do with getting people out to vote).
