I doesn't take a genius to be a politician. Remember that most criminals are really not that smart either. All it takes is an evil and corrupt mind set with no conscious or morals and a greedy appetite. Even idiots are able to understand how politics works. We see then on the news every day. Remember Hank Johnson who very seriously asked if the island of Guam might tip over if all the Marines were to be moved over to one side.
