All this BBQ talk and no one is mentioning that a human leg, getting the majority of the work and being relatively lean would be tougher than hell. You gonna want to go low and slow on that. 12 hours at least on that muscle group. Might wanna brine that thing too. Just saying ๐๐โ ๏ธ๐
