Fani and her Boyfriend Wade both lied under oath. The Text messages from Wade's Divorce Attorney prove that. They will at minimum be removed from the case and possibly terminated from the DA's Office.

The judge is a flaming liberal. His background proves that.
They continue to make a mockery of our judicial system with no repercussions!! It is infuriating to watch.
Just imagine how bad it will be when the day comes that the majority of the SC is liberal..

One possibility is she removes herself and keeps Wade on the case. He still gets paid and she gets some more cash and vacations in exotic places.

Meanwhile Fani and the judge both are up for re election and are for sure gonna put politics over justice and play to their voting base.

That non decision-decision today left the door open for an appeal to a higher court while also acknowledging at least somewhat of a conflict.

It was pretty gutless by the judge (of course), but this could actually be a good thing for Trump because it drags it out even more.
