What is up with the extreme videos?

I saw the one of the kid getting beat to death. They kicked him so hard in the head he had a seizure and died - all while they drug him outside. It was one of the most disgusting videos I've seen. He was a white kid beat to death by black kids who were yelling racial slurs at him.
