Clearly Colorado's supreme court was using the wrong dictionary, seeing that got Owened.......0 for 9 in the supreme court.

Not really SCOTUS’ unanimous decision has nothing to do with insurrection or any definition thereof, their decision only revolved around whether a STATE CONSTITUTION could be used as criteria to eliminate a FEDERAL candidate, creating an uneven patchwork of available candidates on various state ballots for a national election.

Technically SCOTUS can’t take up the issue of insurrection because Trump has never been indicted on any such charges, at least not at this point….
