Dan Patrick is a buffoon who doesn’t want or have the ability to follow the rules of evidence, IMO a real judge or state Supreme Court justice should be sitting up there to keep the case from getting confusing. Buzbee introduced a ton of hearsay that a true trial judge would have thrown out or stopped.
