        Alex has dropped her lawsuit. Haven't seen why, but my guess would be ran out of money.

        Also, where is Greg Abbott on this? He can order an audit any time. Maybe he needs to go campaigning with Phelan.

                  Now this????......"Guaranteed Income" (i.e. reparations/buying votes/welfare bonus). I especially like the following statement; "The money can be used in any way by the participant so long as it is not used "to buy or support anything that would harm the safety and security of other participants in the Uplift Harris Direct Cash Assistance Pilot and/or other community members," "for the promotion of and/or engagement in any criminal or illegal activities" or "to support any entities or individuals relating to terrorism."

                  Harris County, Texas, revealed more details regarding its “Uplift Harris" program that will issue tax-exempt monthly payments to low-income citizens.

                    Any questions as to why this country is failing as a sovereign nation. If they can get by with this is a blue state, imagine what they will do over the rest of the country. There should be a million people marching in protest in Harris county every day until this is stopped.

                      “Uplift Harris” program funding: 20.5 million
                      Number of beneficiaries: 1928
                      Benefit amount: $500 per month for 18 months
                      1928x500x18= 17,352,000 total payout
                      20,500,000-17,352,000= 3,148,000 for “other expenses”.

                      Couple takeaways

                      It will be tax free
                      It will be done on a lottery system
                      The majority will be in specific zip codes
                      This money is coming from Covid relief funds

                      I think there will be a lot of wasted money and repo’d vehicles in 18 months while some third party “non profit” makes bank off the backs of legitimate tax payers.

                          The whole country is a house of cards.
