    Sounds familiar.

What part of wood?? I've seen deer Everytime I've got in stand except for a couple all year. I love my home town hunting. Seen lots of shooter bucks just haven't been able to get it done

Close to alba. There have been deer seen by other members of my lease, I just haven't seen anything on the stand.

Been really slow on my place in Houston County. I can't remember ever having this many acorns this late in the year. On the positive side of that the deer I have seen have all been in really good shape, and I've seen more good bucks on camera this year then I ever have. I just haven't been able to connect.

This has been our best year of the 3 years we have been on our lease. We have seen more deer this year than any other but what everyone is saying about feeders is true. Everything we are seeing is in hardwoods and not hitting feeders.

Headed to east Texas , by Toledo Bend this weekend. Seen plenty of deer, but strictly bow huntin this year. Getting out there this year has been few. The times I've been able to get off of work, it has been hot or the moons been out. Any ways, I've found that throwing feed by hand has been a success, as opposed to pipe feeders or any other kind. Just my 2cents

I've had two corn piles and a feeder out on my lease continuously since the middle of October! El Suckos!

I found a fresh scrape on Monday in SHNF near Cleveland, it had to be from that morning because it rained all Sunday and through the night also. We also saw four young bucks chasing a doe in Harris County at Duessen Park this morning. I guess there's still a few unbred doe's out there.
