                  Nice hog congrats. Looks like it entered the left shoulder quartering forward and clipped the spine in the neck area causing paralysis from the neck back.

                    Thinking back that makes sense. She would kick her front legs around and thrash her head every now and then. Next question is shouldn't she have expired in 20 min with that shot?

                      If the angle was to sharp and the shot to far forward you might have just missed the vitals. You might want to put the shot a little more back in the rib area when they are quartering sharply.

                      Regardless it is still a vital after all she is down.

                        Pigs are tough critters, I had about the same shot on my 2nd buck last year & it took about 10 min for him to expire. Move that point 1 1/2" down & 1 1/2" to the right & it's a heart shot.
