    Now that bites.......I would make him give me some of the meat for all that work......good to know you have a letter from the game warden......

      One of the most simple and delicious recipes I've tried is to cut the meat into small (bite size) chunks and then roll them in Shore Lunch breading (Original Recipe) and then deep fry just until browned. You can find Shore Lunch at Cabelas and many other grocery stores. Good stuff for sure!

Add 3 cups water and cook for 2 hours or until asuce reaches thick consistency. Top with green onions. Serve over medium grain rice.



          1 bushel green onions That's a lot of onions!

            All the meat is good.

            I like mine better on the grill.

            Marinate it in whatever you like, cut it up into thin cubes, put on kabobs with onions and bell peppers, and cook it up.

            OR...cook just like a roast, smothered in vegetables.

                Thanks guys for all the recipies now I just have to decide which one to use on my 2 lil pounds of gator meat.
                Somebody that knows how need to put this thread in the recipe section.
