1 bushel green onions
salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper
Put butter into cast iron pot and melt. Add gator meat and brown. Next add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Brown for approx. 20 minutes. add tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste and rotel. Add 3 cups water and cook for 2 hours or until asuce reaches thick consistency. Top with green onions. Serve over medium grain rice.
