If you find some type of “magic bait” I’ll take a dozen. It impossible without knowing the conditions and what baitfish are getting consumed. Most fish I’m catching right now are eating those small shad

My first thought is spoon. I’ve caught redfish, trout, and even a few flounder on spoons. But I dang sure would have a couple of jigheads and pack of 3” new penny or white gulp shrimp in my pocket.

When I was fishing the coast in my first life, it was spoons and shrimp tails. Rockport and corpus area.

I expect they will still work!
