The Caddy 12v timer w/ remote

I was at thUh Lowe’s in Rock Springs last week and they had these on the counter. Whomever makes their products there makes this timer. I couldn’t pass it up, it is almost identical to The Timer but it is easier to program ( yes this is true). This timer comes with a remote and connections for a hog light. The remote is supposed to work out to 200 yds but I’ve only tested it to 60 and it works great but I’ll test it to 150’ tomorrow to check it out! It has basically the same harness as THE Timer but there are more pins in The Caddy connector so they won’t interchange but it is supplied with the harness. It has a 5 year warranty. It is the same dimensions as The Timer and isn’t built cheaply. For 69.99 with a remote I thought it was a good deal and still think so.. time will tell . The remote has 2 buttons, the top be controls the feeder and you can stay in the button to feed as much as you like. The bottom button is for the hog light and it has 3 brightness settings! I hope there isn't another thread on this already lol.

I’ve heard good things about these, can’t wait to try them.
I was told the wiring is a little bit different than the timer and you can’t just plug it in to the old harness.

I’m waiting for a call back from Avaristo at the store in RS to get more info. I’ll post it up when I get it.
