If you like woodworking, there is money to be made picking up free furniture, especially dressers and shelves, on FB marketplace and refinishing them to flip.

On a larger scale, flip houses.

I like flipping guitars, normally bass guitars (I'm a part time bass player). Not suggesting you do that specifically, but find something you know about and learn to buy things that are underpriced in the used market (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist) and sell for full value (eBay, etc). It could be anything from guitars to guns or vehicles or whatever. Or you could buy things and part them out, like Motorcycles or something. Way more fun than working hard, and you can keep the ones you like. This is why I have 12 basses at the moment.

My top two recommendations would be flipping houses or building privacy fences if your looking for a labor intensive side gig.

OP, you may want to tell us more about your skills and passions. I would hate to have a side hustle that i didn't enjoy. forgot about the money part for a bit.

I guide fishing trips..... pretty much stay booked up 3 days a week year round. I could book more if I could hold up to it but after 3 days I need a couple to rest up

Do you think he could pull some strings and get me into the business? I've been tuned into that market for a while but just have been able to cross the bridge yet.
