BeauxDines on Ryan St and the Boiling Point in Sulphur are some of my favorites. Guillory's Famous Foods and Luna, as mentioned above, is pretty good too. If LeBleu's is still open they had a seafood buffet. Last time I was through there it looked closed.
Darryl's and Steamboat Bill's are both ok but there's more off the beaten path.
For entertainment, the downtown area has a pretty cool atmosphere. Take a stroll down there one evening for a beer or taco plate at Luna's. A few museums there as well.

If it has re-opened from the storm damage a couple years ago, Pat's of Henderson is the best restaurant in all of south Louisiana far as I'm concerned. They're on the East side of the loop just off Legion right on the feeder.
Their website says they're now open!! Almost enough to make me head that way and join you! https://www.patsofhenderson.com/

We're not frequent flyers @ any gambling area but, Last time I was there, about 3-4 yrs ago, there was a rum distillery just outta town on the east side. Me & the wife spent a couple hours there doin the tour and tasting. Don't know if they're still there as we haven't been back. Have never found much else to do but eat. If we ever go back I do plan on checkin out the fishin though.

Luna has excellent sandwiches and plenty of draft beer to choose from. Best artichoke spinach dip I have ever had...served warm with thick pita type chips.
The Anthony Bourdain salad is really good.
My favorite sandwich there is the Fires of Pluto.
If you're coming back west on 10 I pull off in Sulphur at a coffee shop downtown called The Village Coffeehouse. Nice and clean spot. Get the garlic cheddar biscuit sandwich. Imagine a hot Red Lobster biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese in the middle. You will be thanking me later.Last edited by GroceryGetter; 05-03-2023, 02:41 PM.
