Personally I'd ask her to study and Get good grades and behave normal and respectful with the family, help with house chores and you get the gear.

If you do Facebook and there is a neighborhood group post on there why she’s looking for jobs and some things she can do. Last year my wife saw a similar thing and we paid a kid to come rake and bag all the leaves then again to weed the flower beds. I was happy to do it and he made some cash.
My buddy built his daughter a lemonade stand and she will sell drinks and art that she does. She’s 11, started as a way to fundraiser for her club gymnastics team and now she does it almost weekly for different things

However, I have $50 burning a hole in my pocket, and I’ll bet some others do too. Let her work it off at home. PM me your paypal info and let’s see if we can get her some catching gear.

When I was her age, I wanted a deer rifle. My dad made the deal that if I saved up enough for the rifle, he covered the scope. I saved up $576 (this was 30 years ago) and bought a Ruger .270 for $399.99 at Carter's Country along with a box of ammo, a case and a sling. My Dad contributed a Redfield 3-9x40. Still my favorite rifle today. Below are some of the things I did to make the $$$.
Mow lawns
Car/truck washes
Dog walking/washing
Plant watering
Weed and mulching flower beds

2 of my granddaughters were in her predicament. They posted signs and told all their Friend's and posted on talk of their neighborhood website. They sold Snow cones. Ended up having to buy snow one ice. They made almost $200.00 in a lot of people just stopped and gave them $5.00. Lot of friends and neighbors stopped by.

Watering pots and gardens on the weekends is always a plus as well, even if the people have emitters on their sprinkler system, they do not always work. You come home from a vacation and lose 4 pots you paid $20-200 dollars to get planted out of your 40 pots because the lawn guy's new employee hit a line while edging.
