      Bolt cutters, easy. You have to put a post at 8' anyway.

          They're high tensile, but will bend easily into a "U" in a full-sized truck (as mentioned previously).

              Bent some for an 8 ft trailer
              Cut a bunch of cattle panels with bolt cutters
              When I build the pen I overlap one opening and wire both sides 3/4 times to make it a solid piece again. Lineman pliers and some electrical fence wire pieces.

                  Never cut them in half but I've cut a section lower so that deer can get in a little easier. Used bolt cutters.

                      If you like to work harder not smarter use bolt cutters. If you like to work smarter not harder use a battery powered angle grinder with a cutoff disc.
