while we are on cheese... a mexican restaurant we used to go served a piece of grilled cheese with their carne asada...it was from a flat grill and browned on top and bottom, looked like a pancake. it was some sort of white cheese, what do yall think it was?
it was mmm mmm good.
It was just a hunk of mozzarella. I tried some yesterday on a buttered up flat grill, got it nice and crispy....
