            Both, handmade flour. Corn handmade preferably but I’m not picky. I sell about 450 handmade flour tortillas on a weekday and more on the weekends. My customers hands down prefer flour.

                    It depends....Flour with most for me, but corn certainly has its place with certain foods.

                      Since we've gotten away from processed wheat flour in my house, I'd have to go with corn. Occasionally, when I have a flour tortilla, they now taste a little "pasty" to me. Go figure.

                        But like skack said, each has its place. Fajitas and breakfast, flour, seafood taco, barbacoa gets corn

                          Flour.
                          When I was working in Guatemala, the catering crew made corn tortillas every meal. It was mostly ex pats on the rig, so we asked if they could make flour tortillas. They said ya, but why would you want us to. I explained us gringos had no class, no sense of taste and just preferred flour tortillas. They laughed and we had a choice from then on.
