What's crazy is my dad rode up there yesterday and they almost all say sold. We found one listing online and it was 20k an ac. Can't find anything about the development with Google.

Meeting with the guy in 2 weeks to talk easements. Not sure why they haven't called us when it's been going on 3 months apparently

I’m in Hardin county and it is so dry we can’t even mow. They don’t want the tractors going thru the tall grass. It’s crazy because during deer season we have a lot of standing water.

Be careful with parking your SxS or 4-wheeler on dry grass as well (or truck for that matter).

It is a good idea to buy a smaller fire extinguisher and carry it with you on your ride as well.

It is. The biggest problem is it cost me a chance to stop by LeBlancs. I ended up not making the trip when I was going to mow.
