They say to let your body warm itself for 10-15 minutes after then you can hop in a warm shower. I sometimes just dry off and put on my work clothes with a jacket. It takes about and hour that way. You aren't freezing just a little colder than everyone else.

I wonder if going into our 19 degree freezer for a couple minutes will have the same effect?

Since this post was created I bought a chest freezer but this one has a thermostat on it. I have it set at 37-40 degrees. My alarm goes off @ 3:15 in the morning and I jump in the cold from he 11. Then I head to to work. It is mentally hard to get in every morning but I do feel like I have more energy throughout the day.

Nice! I feel the same way everyday I get out of mine in the morning too.

Yes, saw Andrew Huberman also and kept his videos playing in the background at work.
I'll say I was less productive at work watching his videos.

55 degree dip yesterday for 5 mins
42 degree dip for 3.5 mins this morning

When I can workout over lunch I am doing plunges first thing in the morning. Going to try this schedule for 2 weeks and hopefully do 4"ish" plunges per week and reevaluate

We still doing the cold plunge / ice baths? For the last few months I have been putting in 4-5 mile brisk walk every morning. I don't have an ice bath but have really started to look forward to a cold shower once I get home. Curious if anyone has stuck to it for a long term or just a fad?

I have a cold plunge bath on the back porch. It stays 54 deg. Wife gets in it almost daily. I get in it every now and then when something hurts.
