It's still cold enough in the morning I have to go through most of that anyway. The heater in my vehicle is broken so I do it for 15 minutes. It definitely gets you to thinkin..... thinkin about spending the money to get your heater fixed.
Being cold on purpose..... no thanks. It definitely doesn't get me in a good mood. Oh I guess it's gotten better since I got my drivers side window to roll up all the way. Being poor is pretty dang healthy. Who'd have thunk it?
Just have to wait a few more months and I'll be able to sit in there and sweat out all the toxins in my body. Yay!Last edited by okrattler; 03-13-2023, 05:00 PM.

Here is the way I started this morning...most mornings actually
Spinal breath work before ever getting out of bed.
Wim Hoff breath work followed by cold plunge in pool for about 5 mins.
Picked celery, beet leaves, spinach, kale, asparagus from garden. Added frozen blueberries and figs from orchard and made smoothy with mushroom protein powder, moringa, sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seed, chlorella, camu camu,and maca powder,
Ready to rock for the day!
