        Done cold showers quite a bit lately. Getting too warm for that racket now though. Water just doesn't get cold. I don't do it for soreness or anything, just for mental fortitude practice, and the awesome feeling when you're body's in warm up mode afterwards. Not exactly scientific, eh?

            I don't feel right now if I don't do the cold shower at least every other day.
            I also find that I don't like hot showers as much.
            My water temp. is 63, feels plenty cold to me.

              It's still cold enough in the morning I have to go through most of that anyway. The heater in my vehicle is broken so I do it for 15 minutes. It definitely gets you to thinkin..... thinkin about spending the money to get your heater fixed.

              Being cold on purpose..... no thanks. It definitely doesn't get me in a good mood. Oh I guess it's gotten better since I got my drivers side window to roll up all the way. Being poor is pretty dang healthy. Who'd have thunk it?

              Just have to wait a few more months and I'll be able to sit in there and sweat out all the toxins in my body. Yay!

                Screw it…. I’m filling up an ice chest to dump into the tub when I get home to try and give 60-90 seconds a whirl….

                Been wanting to try this out 2-3 times a week to see changes. Going to be Brutal….

                    Here is the way I started this morning...most mornings actually

                    Spinal breath work before ever getting out of bed.
                    Wim Hoff breath work followed by cold plunge in pool for about 5 mins.

                    Picked celery, beet leaves, spinach, kale, asparagus from garden. Added frozen blueberries and figs from orchard and made smoothy with mushroom protein powder, moringa, sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seed, chlorella, camu camu,and maca powder,

                    Ready to rock for the day!

                      The only thing on this whole list that sounds tolerable is asparagus, although I've never heard of wim Hoff breath so I may like that too. [emoji1787]
