Saw a thread on another forum - triggered me to post this for what it is worth.
Seems like the older I get the more I recognize situations in my everyday life to have the opportunity to pay it forward.
Examples??
Single Mom with kids who is working her tail off as a waitress to provide for her kids - tip her big.
In line at Jack in the Box (or similar) and tell them to put the order from the car behind me on my credit card. Just request that the person taking your order ask the next in line to Pay it forward
Go into the post office and see an elderly person coming in behind you - open the door and wait for them to pass through
In line in traffic - you are in a hurry - someone else is trying to get into line - wave them in - the cost for doing this? An extra minute of your day.
The opportunities are endless - you just have to stay aware - it will make our world a better place and make you feel good about yourself
