Try Lone Star distilled 6 times and bottled in Pilot Point Texas. I think it’s better than Tito’s

Dang, is there that much profit in vodka that one of the umpteen dozens on the shelf can give away $20 million dollars?

      That’s an impressive number.

That’s what I was thinking, too. That, and that I’m in the wrong business.

          Is it that good?
my alcoholic buddy drinks deep eddy vodka and I think it’s harsh tasting, but he says he can’t taste the good stuff I bring when we go hunting or fishing

I tried TLC vodka and the jury is still out on it

I filtered a lot of Popov at a certain period in my life, but it always came out yellow.

I thought so too, but I thought it might just be in my head. This is the one I usually look for.

Quick Tito story some of y’all might get a kick out of.
                    For you married folks-

Several years ago I booked a room in downtown Houston for July 4 to celebrate the day we met years prior.
From this room we could watch the fireworks from the window.

The evening started with a trip to Ruth’s Chris steakhouse (that was stepping out for our budget) and was going along just fine until Somewhere along the way wrong words got used and an invisible line was crossed.
Anger ensued and we finished the night laying in bed as far apart as possible thinking thoughts spouses aught not be thinking of each other.
The only fireworks in the room that evening weren’t the enjoyable kind.
                    😜 (only verbal, nothing physical)

The next morning on the quiet drive home, we came to the conclusion It was the Tito‘s that did it. From then on it’s a joke with our close friends and us to steer clear of the Tito‘s as it brings out the crazy.🤣.

We will hit 28 years married in January, MOST times shared together have been good ones -lol. 😬

enough of that , back to potato vs wheat - I’m interested

Hah! Maybe y’all should just stick with tequila.

                      Great story.

^This is false. Tito’s donated $20 million to University of Texas for construction of sports practice facilities. There are no known contributions to any political campaigns. Look it up if you don’t believe me.

They did donate in 2022 to Texas athletics. However from what I understand, they donated to one of the liberal super pacs for the 2020 Election.

If its being mixed I'd bet most cant tell the difference. Straight or rocks is different. I had preferred wheat made until I tried rice made vodka. JT Meleck out of Branch, La has a good field to grain to bottle thing going on. Vodka and Rice Whiskey.

Which means its made just like any other Vodka, when distilling Vodka most all distillers will have to use Multi section Columns on the top of their primary pot to get the proof where they need it. Ill have to swing by there and check them out.
