Sartins was good 20 years ago. They were a hundred years old then I assume they are still in business. I haven't been to the golden triangle in awhile.
They are now Larry and Rita's and it's more of a Tex-mex place now but they do have crawfish but no clue if it's still the same.

I was in there the other day for lunch.. I ask the manager when the bands would be back.. He said soon but we are a restaurant and people won't be able to reserve tables to drink beer and listen to music.. I told him I figure you'll be out of business in a year or so...
I'm not sure why people buy successful restaurants and change the food or reason people frequent the place..
Dang, I drive by Reel Cajun twice a day when I’m working out there and I’ve never stopped. It never looks to be very busy. I guess it’s time to stop in. I ate lunch at Larry’s last week and it was ok. I didn’t see any Tex-mex, it was all Cajun for lunch.

The location will be what kills that place. Its off the beaten path for any other restaurants or things to do. The only thing that will help it, is if it can maintain the lunch crowd that Larry's used to pulled in from the plants.
Reel Cajun is my go to but my favorite ones are at Dylan's bar and grill in PA. They only serve them Friday evening and Sunday lunch though. Several other places have really good crawfish-Judices 1927 and Touch of Cajun in Nederland never disappoint. I don't go to Beaumont for crawfish since we have so many choices here in mid county.

On the facebook food forums, Touch of Cajun in Nederland seems to get a majority of the recommendations or nearly so.
