Time to renew and choose electric company.

What is best rate out there for anyone who has recently renew and what company do you all recommend.

My usage is +2000kw per bill cycle

I tried Eogre last year and didn't like it.

Pay them every month and they only work for you a few days looking for best rate which in reality I could look for myself, the rate they got me was nothing special.

Yeah, a lot of those companies are new to me and have never heard of them either.. tough to choose from without someone else that you trust recommending them

Yup. Very tempted to try Texas Power Agents that has been mentioned on here. Worth some not to mess with it.

It’s all high right now. Back in June I had to renew. 14.5 was the best I found. I’m with Constellation because they had the cheapest cancellation fee which was $99. If prices ever drop back to the 8-9 cent range, I will cancel with them and get into a 36 month contract with someone.

Right now for my zip code I see a 36mo Constellation at 13.2c with a $150 cancellation fee. Still one of the lowest fees, but not the lowest price.

Powertochoose is the best way to go. I did energy ogre too and just canceled because it's a a waste.
