I have a lakehouse on PK and rent through VRBO. This will be my 4th year. It does require work and there is always something to repair but it has been worth it.

Be sure to do your homework alot on city and county's are cracking down on short term rentals.

We have one in Broken Bow ( Hochatown ), had it for 5 years now, been doing well with it, we have someone manage it so we just pick up mail box money, have two lots up on Texoma, been thinking about building a couple houses there.
