          Busy dad training program….cleared level to 2 navy seals today. Already had the 6 count burpee.

          working towards 200 burpees and the 80 counts of navy seals in 20 minutes.

            Today will officially be a Rest day. Headed out to the ranch today for the weekend so plan is tomorrow being a run day and Sunday I should be back in time to hit the gym.

              Quick chest and tris done! The inner David Goggins came out of me and glad it did!

                  Not sure what got into me yesterday but I freaking felt awesome on my run and ended up doing a half marathon @ 13.6 miles and the first two miles were with a weighted vest…

                  Finished at 1hr and 42 mins which was much faster than I
                  anticipated and included much for elevation than houston lol

                  my feet are tore up fairly decently but absolutely pumped I knocked out the 2nd of 3 fitness goals for this year.

                  should be back in houston around 4-5 and will try and knockout a back and Bi’s session at the gym.

                    Mile jog to the gym, just wrapped up back, Bi’s and core and now a mile jog back to the office and then headed home!

                      Took a rest day yesterday as I have been a bit under the weather… legs and biceps done today…

                        Shoulders, cardio and core done. 72 mins // 1075 cals

                        Weighed in at 175 even today. Trying to level out and staying at about 125% protein intake per gram to lb's

                        Tomorrow should be legs. Might go a little easy on the cardio and supplement it with a walk in the evening but we shall see what the prework out says lol

                            25 burpees
                            25 merkins (push ups)
                            30 sit ups
                            25 crunches
                            40 squats holding a cinder block
                            30 over head press with cinder block
                            25 curls with cinder block

                              Legs annihilated during lunch.

                              64 mins and 950cals.

                              20 mins of stairs lvl 15 to warm up

                              BB Squats // Air dynex bike 20 second sprints
                              DB RDLS's // decline crunches and high knees
                              Leg Ext // 60 second treadmill runs
                              Iso leg curls // Body squats

                              Tomorrow is suppose to be Chest and Tris by the look of it.
