Not sure what got into me yesterday but I freaking felt awesome on my run and ended up doing a half marathon @ 13.6 miles and the first two miles were with a weighted vest…
Finished at 1hr and 42 mins which was much faster than I
anticipated and included much for elevation than houston lol
my feet are tore up fairly decently but absolutely pumped I knocked out the 2nd of 3 fitness goals for this year.
should be back in houston around 4-5 and will try and knockout a back and Bi’s session at the gym.

Shoulders, cardio and core done. 72 mins // 1075 cals
Weighed in at 175 even today. Trying to level out and staying at about 125% protein intake per gram to lb's
Tomorrow should be legs. Might go a little easy on the cardio and supplement it with a walk in the evening but we shall see what the prework out says lol

Tomorrow is suppose to be Chest and Tris by the look of it.
