2023 Workout Accountability Thread!

    Getting home late and getting up early sure wears on an old man, but I got in this morning and took care of bidness! 20/20/15/10 reps on chest and tricep supersets. I'm pretty sure I'm going home early and taking anap!

    Incline DB fly/cable pushdown
    Incline DB chest press/overhead cable extension
    DB bench press/cable pushdown supinated grip
    Flat bench DB fly/cable kickbacks

    Rest day tomorrow unless I wake up early. Then it will be back and legs.

      Took a rest day yesterday since my wife's crossfit gym is closed on Thursday. Got in this morning for back and legs. 20/20/15/10 rep range increasing the weight after each rep set.

      Sled leg press/T-bar row/ab roller
      Lat pull down neutral grip/prone leg curl
      Over head rope pull down/leg extension
      Low row/hip abduction/hanging leg raise

        To Wednesday as a rest day as my knees were not feeling it…

        Thursday did legs, back and biceps…

        Earlier today did chest and triceps..

              Bells of steel squat/bent over BB row supinated grip/DB lateral raise/hanging leg raise
              DB standing shoulder press/Bent over BB row pronated grip/prone leg curl/med ball sit up

                Been slow on my end posting.

                knocked out the last few days with mostly cardio and core sessions and slowly getting the diet back in check.

                hope everyone keeps grinding

                  Long days and short nights make it hard for an old guy to get outta bed! Today was particularly tough, but I persevered. Chest and triceps today and drop sets was the pain of choice.

                  Cable fly/tricep pushdown
                  DB chest press flat bench/overhead rope extension
                  Incline chest press on smith machine/cable pushdown/med ball sit up
                  Bench press/dip machine

                  Back, legs and shoulders tomorrow.

                    I took a rest day yesterday and Thursday will probably be a rest day form now on for at least the near future. My wife does crossfit and "the box" is closed on Thursday. Got in this morning for some back, legs and shoulder work. 5X8-10 on back, 5X10-12 on shoulders and 5X8 on legs.

                            Got chest and biceps done this morning. I was hoping for one more movement per body part, but just ran out of time. 5X5 chest and 5X8 on biceps. One round of 20/20/15/10 reps on flat DB bench. I'm toast!

                            Bench press/preacher curl
                            Incline bench on smith machine/hammer curl bar over preacher bench/incline sit up
                            DB chest press/overhead cable curl
                            Ab roller/hanging leg raise
