2023 Workout Accountability Thread!

    Can you please elaborate a bit on your intermittent fasting routine? I want to take off some weight and just can’t seem to do it… stuck at 203ish and want to be down to 190…

      Saturday was a Rest Day
      Sunday was Shoulders and core
      Monday was Chest and Tris
      Yesterday was legs and core with a evening run
      Just wrapped up Back and Bi's

      Tomorrow should be shoulders, core and a run

        Late to the game about a report...

        September 1, 2022 - I weighed 355
        December 31, 2022 - Joined a gym weighing 341.
        June 14, 2023 - Through heavy cardio workouts and umpiring high school and college softball, I now weigh 304. I hope to pass 300 before the end of June and before Texas A&M fire school for volunteer fire fighters in late July.

          Shoulders and core knocked out for lunch.

          Just knocked out an evening run. I have a race with my little cousin for a mile on July 3rd and supposedly he’s a solid track star and can run a 6min mile. This evening was 5’50” for me which is the fastest mile I’ve ever ran in my life.

          Chest and Tri’s for lunch tomorrow

              I've missed it all week. I'm about finished with the house and getting ready for the move in. We'll move some stuff this weekend and movers coming next week. I'm going to do my best to get back to a regular schedule starting Monday.

                Solid Chest and Tri session last Friday.
                Saturday was a full blown rest day
                Yesterday (Sunday) was Cardio via running. Ran 2.15 miles in 19 mins total with mile 1 being timed for the race prep. Did a mile in 5.43' mins which is a new PR. Hoping I can get it down to 5.30' by race time and believe I should be pretty good.

                Today is back and Bi's over lunch with Tomorrow being legs.

                  I made it in this morning after missing all of last week. Got chest and biceps done. 4X10-12 on the heavy side.

                  Bench press/preacher curl/incline sit up
                  DB fly/BB curl/incline leg raise
                  Seated wide grip chest press/Hammer curl bar

                  Back and legs tomorrow.

                    Back and legs done today. 3X10 concentrating on the eccentric movement.

                    Lat pull down/leg extension/incline sit up
                    Lat pulldown supinated grip/standing leg curl/med ball sit up
                    Low row supinated grip/hip abduction/ab roller
                    Bent over BB row

                    Chest and triceps tomorrow.

                        Got in late this morning, but still was able to knock out some good chest and tricep work. 4 sets with rep range of 20/20/15/10. Hoping to make it every day this week and get back into it after missing all last week.

                        Incline DB chest press/skull crusher
                        Bench press/overhead cable extension
                        DB fly/cable kickback

                        Back and legs tomorrow.

                          Hip flexors/groins were way to sore to do legs yesterday. Ended up running a couple miles and knocked out chest and tris. Have a handful of meetings today but hoping to do legs this afternoon.

                                Legs was last Wednesday and Shoulders and Core were Thursday. Was in Port O'connor fishing Friday through Sunday but cranked out a 6.25 mile run on Friday, Saturday was a rest day and then knocked out another 5.1 miles yesterday evening.

                                Lunch should be Back and Bi's.
