2023 Workout Accountability Thread!

    100 navy seals a day
    100 prison squats a day

    Working towards 100 pull ups a day.

    5 days a week, weekends off and Ill continue to eat what I want and how that works out lol
    Had to google the navy seals and prison squats. they look brutal, well I will jump in on this one. I am down 50 this year and a little over 100 over the last 5, beginning to get a lot of extra skin..LOL. Time to get way more active, and not just adjusting diet. Lets see how it goes, good luck to all.

      My legs are pretty freaking sore today so we will have to see how this Cardio deal goes as I was banking on stairs or running. Wont be in the gym until this afternoon so hopefully feel better as the day goes on.

      Threw in a extra bucket of ice in this mornings ice bath and sheesh that was a big difference...

        What are your thoughts as to the benefits of the ice plunge/baths now that you have been doing it for a bit longer??

          It wakes me up much quicker and feel like I do not need as much of a caffeine splurge as before. Not sure outside of that.

                Sat. was my biggest ride t date. 157 miles 6,608 of elevation at 12.8 mph in 12:11:37 and burned 9,157 calories. I'm ready for Elk season to get here now.

                  Made it this morning and got it done. Chest and biceps 20/20/15/10 rep range.

                  Bench press/preacher curl/incline sit up
                  Incline DB chest press/BB curl/incline leg raise
                  Incline DB fly/sider curl/ab roller

                  Back and legs tomorrow.

                        Back and legs done for the day. 20/20/15/10 rep range.

                        Low row/standing leg curl/incline leg raise
                        Overhead lat pull/Leg extension/incline sit up
                        Lat pulldown inverse grip/hip abduction/standing weighted calf raise
                        Ab roller

                        Chest and triceps tomorrow.

                          Tomorrow is suppose to be Back and Bi's but I literally have no idea when I will have time to do it unless I squeeze in a quick one before a board meeting or if I join the evening crew. Might turn into 2-3 mile run at home day honestly.

                            Sunday 5/21 chest and triceps completed. 5/23 Arms and legs completed. Back and biceps scheduled for Thursday. 30 minutes of treading water scheduled starting next week… everyday.
