I didn't get in the contest but thought I'd share and keep this thread moving. Down 26lbs since Thanksgiving. Joined a gym Dec 1 and have been going about 4 days a week but with business travel I'm often limited to cruddy hotel gyms. In general I'm doing a hard 2 hour upper body session on Monday and lower on Tuesday. Other days are cardio and stretching but core every day since my main focus is to improve my mobility and avoid back surgery.
I'm doing very high protein on workout days and 19-5 fasting at least a couple of days later in the week. The 19-5 deal is tough during travel but I just endured 2 weeks of trade shows where food and drink were thrown in my face every day and I made it through with flying colors.
Starting body fat was about 33% and I'm 25% now. Goal is 19% or less before I turn 50 this September.
